Today is the big @AVMAvets convention in Boston.
Please help me remind them that they took an oath to heal animals and not hurt, disable, and harm them. Tomorrow they will teach a workshop on how to use their laser machines for profit and one of the “common” procedures that will be taught is how to declaw kitties.
Let’s ask them to condemn declawing in domestic cats like they did for exotic cats a couple years ago. The pain and suffering is the same in all cats. Do they just not care about us “regular” kitties?
This needs to end. All cats deserve to live a life as the perfect little creatures that we are.
