???? once I've recovered from Mother Nature coming to stay this week I'll be starting my next fitness challenge on Monday of the @beachbodychallenge #brazilbuttlift so be prepared for lots of squats and booty shots! Isn't it crazy how we can grow our bodies, from soft flabby areas to tight and hard muscles, weak and shaky to strong and solid. Take that growth and times it for a million for what our hearts and minds are capable of. To open your eyes to life and recognise and understand what it is to be happy, to find peace and freedom.
