Before the pump, women were only able to farm half of each day- the other half was spent fetching water for their families. Now, with the pump installed in partnership with @CWS_global, 30 families have access to clean water and are able to allocate more time to providing for their families.
Lam said, "Before, I could only haul five kilos of water for my family of three. It's not enough. Sometimes we would have to go days without bathing. Now, water is my joy." #women #water #cambodia #seasia #culture
