I spent last night with such a terrible headache and very little sleep and Mother Nature has left me with a hollow aching stomach. I almost never get headaches but I'm starting my blissfully early morning with a spot of meditation and a hearty breakfast to see me through. A quick dash around for housework, walk the dog and have the children ready to see their grandparents so that I can give my all in the charity event to help those who wish they could.
