“I applied just through my own blog and emailed the publicist in L.A. I got the confirmation about six hours before the show, hopped in my car, drove the four and a half hours to Kansas City, shot for three songs, literally got in my car and drove home. After I got back to St. Louis I would have turned around and driven back to Kansas City and done it all over again … KISS is one of those bands that are incredibly fun to photograph.
