Not everyone was running for cover in today’s rain! Pak Boon and daughter Tukta were spotted happily swimming and playing during the wild Sydney weather. Swimming and taking baths is a major part of life for elephants at Taronga and in the wild. Visitors will often see Taronga’s Asian Elephants swimming in the deep moat at the front of their exhibit, particularly on rainy mornings like today.
