Its west side remains wild and and seldom seen, even through only 100 miles from Miami and my native Florida. I am a conservation photographer, meaning I focus on places needing attention to be saved. A few years ago, I joined teams of scientists working with the Nature Conservancy (@nature_org) on an expedition to Andros. Our work helped expand the boundaries of the new West Side National Park, which now protects 1.5 million acres of wild lands and waters waiting for you to discover and enjoy!
