"I had the pleasure of trying out one of the most incredible treatments I have ever experienced yesterday thanks to my friends @LUSH Cosmetics. It's a massage called Synesthesia and before you begin, you pick a word that represents how you want to feel. I picked peace, obvi. Then the entire treatment is built around that word. The essential oils used on your body, the movement the massage therapist uses, even the music has been specially created for that word. It. Was. Incredible. You also get to pick a word for the scent of your room and I picked free. As I go in to the weekend I am taking all the peace and freedom with me + I invite you to pick a word for your weekend to meditate on as well. It's such a powerful practice.
