All senses must be involved when it comes to trying freshly baked bread. @chanks3 and @jacobiie know it better than anyone else. She is responsible for luscious pastries in Quince and Cotogna restaurants, he bakes amazing breads I've been admiring for months. Thank you so much @jacobiie for inviting me to your super busy kitchen and trading a bread. I hope to ask you one day all questions I forgot because of excitement and stress ;) Meanwhile I'll be chewing superb miche loaf, the aroma of which drove me nuts while getting back home. Ps. You probably noticed those wild yeasts in the way they look for eachother... Yes, @jacobiie and @chanks3 are a couple in a real non-restaurant life <3 ;) #breadsgiving
