Amazing progress by @kim_louise_d !! Who is a 42 year old mummy ?? here is her review ?"I've been doing bbg for 5 weeks now and am SO HAPPY!!! I can't believe that at 42 my body can look like it did in my 20s. Plus I have more energy than I've ever had and no more back pain. Strengthening those back and core muscles has cured it (just cannot express how good that is!!!). Clothes fit so much nicer now and it's made how I feel about myself skyrocket!
The Before photo is 2012, about to give birth to a 9lb 5ounce beautiful baby boy and about to turn 39. I'd put on 20kgs (67kg in that photo).
The after photo is this week - 42 years old and 50kgs.
