Training is as tough as you want it to be. This workout is all about pushing into your 'uncomfortable' zone.. That's where the magic happens ?? With just over 2 weeks till N+TC Tour Sydney, here is your #wednesdayworkout THROWDOWN:

WARMUP
10min RUN
- 2 mins EASY PACE, 2mins HARD PACE alternating for the 10mins.

WORKOUT
Set up your timer for 15 mins.
Repeat the below set as many times as possible within the 15min block, take rest as you need, but remember, push past the pain, believe & achieve:

50 oblique MTC
40 air squats
30 plank rows
20 split jumps
10 push up to frogger
SPRINT (pick a point, about 50-100m away and #sprint out and back)
WORKDOWN
5 mins EASY paced recovery jog
5 mins Stretch Out - Total Body Cooldown from the N+TC app is perfect for this!
