Just a tip ladies ! ☺️☺️ Make sure you try and stretch / foam roll after sessions as much as possible.
This is so important! I have been doing this several days per week for 6 years and have not had ONE knee, hip or back injury from training.
Stretching, massage and foam rolling can help prevent or decrease knee pain, back pain, shin splints and much more.
So before you go telling girls to "have a break to recover", sometimes the best break, is active recovery. So tell your friends to get a massage, foam roll and stretch.
My favourite combo is a BATH with relaxation salts, foam roll, stretch and then bed !
Also, just remember to have warm muscles before stretching. Otherwise, you risk hurting yourself.
