My lesson with Sondra Holmes today quite possibly could have been the most important one I'll always remember. "You always know who is really there for you when they are around for the good AND the bad times," I am told in my lesson with this incredible woman. Tears are streaming down my face when she tells me this as I recall so many challenges we both walked through together but also the many victories we celebrated. I realize that she is a woman of her word 100%. She NEVER ceases to do what's best for her skaters. I have taken in every single lesson we've done into every part of my being with the most open of minds. I am going to take them with me always. To say how blessed I am to have been able to learn as much as I have from her is something that can't come together into words. "Trust in yourself and all of your abilities completely." Thank you Sondra.
