All finished up my 28 days of @skinnymintcom so here's my thoughts! ? #skinnymint
MORNING TEA: Tasted fruity and floral, at first I didn't notice the effects of this as much but as time went on I did notice a reduced appetite. I am a morning person and have no problem getting up in the AM so I didn't notice the energy boost but if you're a coffee drinker let me know if this worked for you!
NIGHT TEA: I always chose to add a bit of honey to this tea, it has a bit more of an herbal taste to it that I didn't like as much. I noticed the anti-bloating effects immediately and was shocked by that. I'm not gonna lie to you guys, you definitely have increased time on the ol' throne the next morning ? I did not lose any noticeable weight but I did feel that my tummy looked flatter due to the reduced bloating over time.
For my diet and exercise I maintained my normal routine of pizza and moving about from the couch to the refrigerator. I wanted to see how this tea worked completely on its own, although it's of course advised to maintain a healthy diet and workout regime alongside the consumption of the tea.
So that's that! Have you guys tried this? What did you think!
