Polish "lazy" dumplings on not lazy at all Saturday :)) Those guys are mostly white cheese mixed with egg yolks and few spoons of flour. The key to perfectness is to make them as lazy as possible. No kneading, more like mixing everything for a few seconds with a fork, forming a log, cutting and cooking in a boiling water. I like to fry them just after cooking on butter with bread crumbs, sugar and salt. They get this crispy skin that hides super fluffy and soft interior.
