I fired roasted some mini sweet peppers over my stove top ( with tongs) and stuffed them with some grass fed ground beef ,guacamole and rice, served it over a jalapeño cream sauce.

So easy and quick!
Ingredients:
?Grass fed ground beef @5280meat
?Guacamole
?Rice
?Mini sweet bell peppers
?Jalapeño sour cream sauce

Ingredients: jalapeño cream sauce
? 2 -jalapeño (remove seeds)
? 3 -garlic cloves
? 1/4 cup - cilantro
? 1/4 cup - sour cream
? 1tbsp- #flavorgod seasoning

Optional - pinch of salt
Directions:
1.Cook rice in a rice cooker.
2. Add sour cream, jalapeño,garlic, cilantro and #flavorgod seasoning to blender and blend until mixed.
3.Make guacamole (recipe further down my ig page)
4.Carefully, with tongs, roast peppers over an open flame.
5.Add the meat to a Hot Skillet: Warm the pan over medium to medium-high heat. Add the beef to the pan.
Sear ground beef and season with #flavorgod seasoning. (Any flavor)
Once beef is done toss in some rice and mixed well. Season to taste.

Add beef/ rice mix to roast pepper and top with guacamole. Plate with jalapeño sour cream sauce.
*optional top with cheese
