Garlic Lovers Pan Fried Dumplings

Here is the recipe, and the final plating picture on those dumplings I've made. So easy! Check out my video further down my page for the techniques I used. Enjoy!

Steamed or pan fried works

Ingredients:
Filling
?1/2 pound - ground pork (or ground turkey works) raw
?1/2 cup - diced steamed cabbage
?1 tablespoon - ginger (minced
?1 tablespoon - garlic (minced
?1 tablespoon - #flavorgod garlic seasoning
?2 tablespoon - scallions ( diced fine
?1 - egg (raw
Wonton wrappers (about 20)

Directions:
➖Steam 1/2 head of cabbage till tender. Remove once cool and cut into small strips.
➖Combine all above ingredients into a bowl (except wonton wrapper) mix well with hands
➖Add mix to center of wonton wrap and fold wonton wrapper (check out my last video)
➖In skillet Pan fry dumplings on medium/high heat for 8 mintute covered. Turning one time after 4 minutes.
➖Place cooked wontons on plate with paper towel to soak excess oil.
➖Plate with scallions sesame seeds and sauce!
Sauce I mixed coconut amino, sesame chili oil, fresh garlic, scallions and rice wine vinegar.
