Here is a quick simple marinade that can add depths of flavor to chicken or pork proteins. No more boring chicken for dinner or MealPreps!

?1/4 cup - apple cider vinegar
?1/4 cup - ketchup (organic
?1 tbsp - sesame oil
?1 tbsp - ginger ( grated or minced
?1 tbsp - garlic ( minced
?1 tbsp - scallions ( diced
