I had a prehistoric-sized crop of Chard (grew it from seed) in the garden today & decided to make BLITVA. Blitva is a very common village meal & I love it! Reminds me of my grandmother. Chard, potato, salt, oil, garlic... Everyone has a different way of preparing it. It's quick & healthy.
