My first leg workout after Arnold Classic and I went straight to the business ? - hip thrusts ! ?one of the most effective exercises to grow your Glutes
You really have to go heavy with this one, but u decided to take it slow and start with moderate weight but played around with reps.
So here is what I did:
9 sets total
I performed 3 rounds with 3 sets in each round
Each round had 3 sets with 10 reps in each set and with 20 sec rest between sets. Between each round I had 1 min break
But the end of third round I didn't feel anything. Performing this exercise with moderate weight slowed my to push my hips all the way up and squeeze!!!!! It's a great way to start your relationship with hip thrusts ? #Anyastar #gym #workout ??????????????????????????
