Here's a fact about some wine I never knew about. This bottle of Chateau Mouton Rothchild was bottled in 1988, but then some of the wine had evaporated over the years so the cork was removed, more wine was added, and re-corked to preserve the wine and it's best condition. That's why on the cork there were two dates… One of which it was bottle and a second when it was re-corked. #interesting facts
