セロさんのインスタグラム動画 - (セロInstagram)「Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!   Here in Tokyo, I had a Japanese style Thanksgiving dinner at @wakiya_stagram with master and legendary chef #wakiyayuji who hosted a private dinner to also celebrate my belated 50th Birthday with his family.   Yuji just came out with his new book, which he opens up about his journey in culinary arts, which began exactly 50 years ago leading him to his success of where he is today. For those who may not know, Yuji Wakiya is a legend in the world of cooking as he was one of the original “IRON CHEF” back when cooking competition programs began here in Japan.   Also, you will probably be surprised to know that we are actually related family! Yes… family… lol… but thats a story for another time.   Yuji started his cooking just as I was born 50 years ago and as his cousin It’s been amazing to know and see Yuji’s success grow over a lifetime. So proud of him… his cooking always surprises me. And as of this December, Yuji will be announcing soon that he will be opening up a new exclusive restaurant in Ginza, which I can’t wait to go once launched. Yuji will be the sole chef exclusively cooking at Ginza in an open kitchen. (Kind of like a chef’s table)  Make sure to visit him when in Tokyo! Reservations are hard to get so make them fast!
