Worked til 4 am up early to catch a plane home::had 45 minutes to get out the door :jumped in the bath and did my meditation in the bath, yep that's the householder I'm talking about. I knew I needed to meditate before a full day of travel. I was also craving a warm bath so I combined the two and truly It felt like the most decadent treat:: grateful to the inspiration I find here on Instagram and grateful for having a juice shop close by -grateful for this touque my sweet mama made for me. I feel her love when I wear it so I wear it a lot:::
