Today I am spending the day imagining sitting in my living room with the women who have signed up for our first course on @loveannapurnaliving :: it's on meditation and while I'm creating it I bring myself back to my vision of simplicity and heart:: kundalini yoga was brought here from the east by Yogi Bhajan for the householder- the person living and working in the world: I am creating this while living and working and feel truly blessed to have the tools I do to thrive in these times. I M excited to share them with those of you that signed up. I am truly holding each of you in my heart as I create it. Thank you for inspiring me to do this.
