Our yoga deck at @selvaarmonia is a dream. This is @dennisfromsalad teaching restorative class at sunset... We had to stop in the middle of Cobra Pose to watch a group of monkeys swing from the branches right in front of us. A flock of big toucans flew by, then a lizard dropped from the ceiling and scurried across our yoga mats. Finally, two bright yellow shining eyes attached to a huge body looking at us through the jungle as it got dark - a jaguar? Not sure. But dragonflies are all around and we eat food from the land and pick ylang-ylang from the ground and fireflies light up our classes and every moment lights up our hearts and we are so grateful. #thankyou #selvaarmonia #julioyoga #life #pic #by @benkanephoto
