Kids learning to Cook makes me feel so happy This is why I always look forward to the weekends cooking with these guys!!! Every time they learn a bit more I know there kids will also benefit from a happier healthier life ....this was making fun from Washing salad !! Seriously make fun from a job Picking cleaning water splashing and then the salad spinning is super fun for kids they even fight over it? and it saves me a job!! now there 4 and 5 years old I get them to make the salad and dressings i call jam jar dressings it's simple 1cm balsamic 3 cm extra virgin olive oil 1 tea spoon of Dijon mustard pinch of salt and pepper put lid on and give a really good shake and pull a silly face !!!..... They love this dressing ( geek alert many nutrients in salads are also fat soluble so a little olive oil dressing is a really positive thing not just for flavour but for nutrient absorption) anyway I can keep this dressing the jar in the fridge for other things over the week also use it for a marinade with some herbs yum anyway back to work have a great day guys ....
