Tools used: Dotting tool from Ebay, and liner brush (NAB-103) from @winstonia_store. 1⃣ Paint your base color and let dry! 2⃣ Apply a heavy coat of your base color 3⃣ Immediately make 3 dots as shown with your red and dotting tool (do this while the heavy coat of your other color is still wet!) 4⃣ Drag your liner brush through the middle of your dots making hearts 5⃣ Topcoat and you're done! **SONG ?
