Here's the tutorial for my sheer mani! Everything used can be purchased at @Walgreens stores or on their site! Polishes used: Wet N Wild Black Creme, 2 bottles of Seche Vite topcoat (1 to make the sheer polish and one to topcoat the design), Kiss Nail art striper (comes in a pack of 3) and the dotting tool is from Sally Hansens I Love Nail Art tool kit! 1⃣ Drop about 20 drops of black polish into top coat and shake up to mix 2⃣ Apply two coats of sheer polish and let dry! 3⃣ Draw a V shape on tip with striper 4⃣ Fill in tip 5⃣ Make polka dots with dotting tool and black polish 6⃣ Topcoat and you're done! **SONG?
