?Tutorial for today's striping tape mani? Striping tape can be tricky, and most of the time I don't have the patience for it?? but here are some tips:
? Make sure your base polish is COMPLETELY dry, or it's going to peel off when you remove the tape. If you want to speed up this process, use a thin coat of fast-drying topcoat (like Seche Vite) and wait at least 15 minutes.
? Make sure to smooth the tape down completely so no polish can seep underneath.
? Try to work as quickly as possible. When the polish starts to dry it sticks to the tape and can mess up your lines. Have all your polishes open and ready to go?
? Remove the tape as soon as you're done. Using a tweezer for this step is easiest.
? If any lines aren't as neat at you want them to be, just give them a few minutes to dry and touch them up with a detail brush
