In Luangprabang, Laos at Wat Sop Sickharam monks circumambulate the temple with candles during Makhaboucha, a Buddhist full moon ceremony. As with all teenagers around the world one of the novice monks takes a selfie.
This image would have been impossible to capture a few years ago. The technological advances in digital photography have opened up new worlds for photographers to record. Cameras capable of shooting in low light at high ISO's means you can shoot by candlelight and still produce high quality imagery.
