found a letter I wrote myself at the end of a journal entry June 13, 2012 without much context: "dear skylar, you have made the right choice & know so much more now than you did before. you aren't failing, you're being honest. there isn't a solution, so time won't change this downward spiral, nor should it need to. I'm glad you've seen a lot of beauty & learned new ways to live your life in a safe, loving, respected & peaceful way for the future. you know what you need & this isn't it. while plunging into the unknown is rather scary, it will be okay. you have the strength to follow your heart & that is what matters most. love, yourself."
