Speaking of warm winter salads (in my last post), this is today's #lunch, inspired by @dollyandoatmeal's roasted fennel and carrots + shallots + salads. I also added some #broccoli and some cumin-toasted chickpeas and it was oh so delicious! What did you have for lunch?
