HEALTHY CHICKEN MEATBALLS

These are perfect with my zucchini spaghetti that I posted a video of last week!! #MUSTTRY

TAG SOMEONE YOU WANT TO EAT THESE WITH!

What you need:
- 1 pound ground Chicken Breast
(you may sub the chicken for turkey or beef)
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup finely grated sweet potato or
you can use carrot for a low carb recipe.
-1/4 cup oatmeal (if you want to omit sweet potato/carrot step you can do so by adding 1/2 cup more oats)
- 2 tbsp @Flavorgod Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (optional)
- Crushed Red Peppers for a kick! (optional)

What todo:
Set oven to 350ºF. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix (I just use my hands) Spoon forming small meatballs onto the baking tray lined with Parchment Paper. You will get about 24 balls. Bake for about 20-25 mins or until firm and lightly brown.
