Typical, I get home from the gym and of course I'm craving something sweet like cookies ? - So I whipped up this healthy homemade cookie dough with only 3 ingredients! Let me tell you, it came out delicious - So delicious, I couldn't help but make a video and share it with all of you! I wanted to make a cookie dough recipe that was super easy containing ingredients most of us all ready keep in our kitchen. Please tag me in a photo if you make it! IT'S SO GOOD ? ENJOY! WHAT YOU NEED: 3 tbsp of any Milk (here I used Coconut Milk) 1 scoop of #SHREDZ protein powder (here I used the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor) 2 tbsp of creamy natural peanut butter AND… 1 handful of dark chocolates chips (optional) WHAT TODO: 1. Place #Shredz Protein Powder in mixing bowl. 2. Either by stove or microwave - Melt the peanut butter and add it in with the protein powder. 3. Last but not least stir in your milk. I recommend adding the milk little by little to get the desired texture you want because you may have to add more or less milk than the ingredients call for depending on your protein powder. 4. then add chocolate chips (optional) 5. freeze for about 20-30 min. and then indulge GUILT FREE!!? - For more Delicious Recipes and Fun Healthy Desserts ideas Become a Member on my website! WHAT YOU NEED:
