Congrats to all the nominees! Now that Boyhood got a best picture nomination and features a clip from Hostel, I can finally say Hostel is Oscar nominated. It might not be true, but I'll take what I can get. In honor of the nomination here's a #tbt Director's Point from shooting. I should also point out it took 3 hours of makeup to make Barbara look this creepy, and she actually gained weight for this section of the story so her transformation would be more disturbing. She then had to lose it for the sauna sequence, where she wore no makeup. That's commitment!
