One of the questions I'm always asked was "who did I want to be or look like when I was a kid" well, here's your answer! Either Jet from Gladiators, Xena Warrior Princess or Blaze from Streets Of Rage. All strong looking woman who (in my opinion) have a shit hot body! I've never aspired to have the skinny catwalk type frame. I was brought up knowing that food was to be enjoyed in moderation & that exercise was important! Mum & Dad enrolled me in every physical activity possible from karate, hockey, netball, athletics, trampolining, rounders & horse riding and I was bought my first pair of 5kg weights at age 13. I'm SO glad they did all of that for me. People say that Strong is the new skinny, but in my life, looking & feeling physically strong, fit & healthy has always been on my to do list! I'm so glad I now have the knowledge on how to get it, maintain it and most importantly, enjoy it!
