A year ago around this time the caption for this picture would be "last few days of training before nationals !!!" Sadly it's not the case this year. Instead it's "training to stay on top of my game until I am fully healed." So much can happen in a year. That's my lesson this past year. Things can change in a blink of an eye. It's what you do with those moments that can alter your life. The best thing to do is stay positive and fight as hard as you can.
