A: Obviously the more likes and comments, the happier we are, however there are a variety of other factors involved in determining whether a post is a success. We have to consider the content – if it is a customer photo, whether we’re making an announcement, or asking a question. Some images work better than others, of course, and over time we’ve definitely gotten a feel for what makes a great post. ________________________________________Q: What are the features you like most on Iconosquare? A: The ‘manage’ feature is extremely helpful to us. We deal with a huge volume of comments, and the manage feature for comments means we can respond to everyone who asks us a question. The statistics are invaluable, too, as they let us know how we’re going and help us identify trends. ________________________________________ Q: How has Instagram helped you more than other social networks, to connect with your consumers? A: Instagram helps us really understand our community. When someone tags an amazing selfie with #blackmilkclothing we can check out their profile as long as its not private and really get to know them. That in turn helps us develop those really strong relationships that we value so highly.
