Happy New Year to everyone. I hope this year feels as good to you as it does to me. I have alot planned for both myself & you starting today... So as we always do, everyone starts this health kick, diet, gym focus & then a week later fall off.... Well this time I'm going to help try to prevent that from happening.. So those of you who want to yet again embark on this @60DaysOfFitness challenge FOLLOW it now & we will start #Day1 together today !!! As far as my diet, I'm going seafood, greens & fruit for 60 days & I'm only drinking water. Now you can go HARDCORE with me or you can create your own diet goals & try the 60 days your way. As long as you're focused & working hard towards the goal I'm with you. As far as the gym regimen, I'm working out Mon-Fri in the gym for 45 minutes non-stop using Mon, Wed & Friday for heavy lifting, arms, chest, pull ups etc.. & doing abs & legs Tues & Thursday. Now cardio will be EVERYDAY Mon-Friday & I think that should do it for us. At the end of our 1st 60 days which is the #FOCUS portion of @60DaysOfFitness we will then know if completed whether or not we have what it takes to then go another 60 days & make health & fitness apart of our lifestyle. Now, if you're with me LETS FUCKIN GET IT !!!! Please TAG me & @60DaysOfFitness in your daily photos & I will post a fan a day on @60DaysOfFitness for 60 days to keep us ALL MOTIVATED... Ok, who's going to be first !!!! I'm headed to my gym now so FOLLOW @60DaysOfFitness NOW & let's get right before #2015 summer.
