I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings here... Please know that i'm doing this because I care? 10 - 14 year olds, I know you follow me and I see a lot of you girls comment on my photos ? You say things like " ❓how can I lose the fat on my legs, ❓I've been eating healthy for so long with no results, ❓I have been exercising but i just want to be skinny". I just want you to know, it's taken me 4 years to get where I want to be. Girls please, you are so young?. You just need to eat healthy and exercise regularly. My plans are designed for people who don't go to school anymore ( or are in their final years ). If you are overweight at 10-14 years old, it's simple, eat right and play school sport. ⭐️ I don't want to come across as the trainer that tells anyone and everyone to buy my products. I want to do what's best for YOU. ⭐️ And I'm SURE if there is any parents or older siblings here, you would agree when I say that your daughter or little sister does not need a fat loss plan, any form of detox tea(ever), a training guide or even a gym membership (YET). They just need a healthy lunch box and a good amount of school sport. This " I NEED TO BE SKINNY" thing is getting out of control. A 'leg gap'... Is NOT important girls. Let me tell you right now, no one stares the very top of your legs but YOU. Young girls, I understand the pressure. I do.
