? BEGINNER CHIN-UPS

Chin ups are one of my favourite exercises! I know they can be pretty daunting sometimes and may even seem impossible ?
BUT this is a great way to start building strength for your chin up! Wether you can do 10 or you haven't mastered one yet

Jumping up then lowering down as slowly as possible until your arms are straight

TIPS
✅ keep your neck long (don't hunch your shoulders)
✅ squeeze your shoulder blades together and down your back
✅ FULL REPS. All the way up (chin over bar) all the way down (elbows straight) even if you do full chins on your own!
✅ do as many reps as you can at the same slow pace. The slower the better

As soon as you feel you can't keep up the quality, rest actively by doing bent knee windscreen wipers ?at the end of the video
