After a long week of relaxing, I am back and ready to get you started on the Holiday Weight loss Challenge. "The Holiday Edge"

The rules are simple: ***each day the first exercise in each workout will be an exercise from the new Insanity Max: 30 workout including correct form with modification... 1. Do the 3 minute workout that I post on here everyday and in the comment thread post your photo with the hashtag #STHolidayEdge
