He really wanted to be one of the modifiers in INSANITY Max 30 because he wants people to know that it is ok to modify and you WILL STILL GET AN AMAZING WORKOUT. He didn't lift weights once during his INSANITY Max 30 Journey and wants people to know that you can build your body and muscle with your body weight! Danielle Katz aka @fitandfunky is a mom of 2, the Insanity Live Certification format expert, and an ex 5th grade math Teacher! While she spends a lot of her time as a Beachbody Coach she really believes that people can live to their best potential if they believe in themselves. She also wants to make it clear that, modifying is NOT a disease. It is a way to make you stronger, faster, and will get you great results simply because you can work on your range of motion and speed while keeping the focus on your muscles!
