First attempt to double fermented koji rice porridge bread from Tartine Book no 3. I added way to much water to the porridge and to the dough, it was overhydrated, shaping and scoring was a nightmare. Need to repeat with scaled amount of water. The taste, though. Shit. Sweet'n'sour custard bread. Genious!
