Today has been one of the best days of my whole trip ? I spent the day helping to build a house for a local family in Kampot, Cambodia - a grandmother with HIV, her daughter and her 2 grandchildren. They previous lived in a single roomed shack with one bed and no flooring. We spent about 6 hours working on the house in 34 degree heat, which was interspersed with lots of playing with the local children! They were hilarious and obsessed with getting pictures (especially selfies ?) and playing on our phones! Then I swam in the local river and went on a beautiful sunset cruise... I feel so lucky right now ? Apologies for not posting about food/fitness as much as usual while lately - but I hope you enjoy seeing my adventures! More relevant posts soon I promise ??
