Here we are... We meet again..as we trained legs prior to yesterday.. Good Old Uncle DOMS is paying a visit as I take the step onto our beloved Stair Master. Quick starting our 40 minute session. Scrolling through comments and hashtags... I came across an image in which you see above. A solder in the US Army and a friend who recently purchased a Kai Greene Believe T-Shirt. Looking at this image a feeling of inspiration came over me. A feeling of encouragement. The facial expression... Hey that's something I created and he is wearing! It's a pretty cool feeling! alongside the setting of which looks to be a camp.. and the outlines of at first glance, looked to be the outline of the Empire State Building... A lot going on in the mind of Kai.. Hah, but it brought up a dusty memory which id like to share with you and we will call it "my favorite shirt". I think we all have that one piece of clothing that makes us feel better while we are wearing it... wether underneath a hoodie or a suite it's something that makes us feel that much better. I too had that shirt and boy did I have the best training days and walks back home from the gym. It just hugged my arms, chest and shoulders in a way where it made me look twice as big as I actually was.. Haha, this was my childhood thinking process at the time.
The shirt, looking back at the idea today. The shirt brought #happiness to someone who had a troubled past. The shirt brought #communication with people whom I've come to call friends. The shirt had a meaning and an effect, on not only myself but also to those around me.

My friend thank you for your service and bringing a thought that had been dormant in my mind for many years. "Some things have to be believed in to be seen"
