I like when people say "Oh, you are so lucky you have such a great body"
Well, I'm not lucky my friend, I work my ass off every day, I restrict myself with my favorite food, I spend many hours in a gym every week.
Today I woke up at 5 am, flew down to Tampa for the photo shoot, went to the shoot straight from the airport, shot till 7 pm, went for business dinner after. I got to hotel at 9 pm. And you know what I did? I went to the gym. I'm tired as hell, I'm very week, today is my low carb day on top of everything and I'm still here, sweating and puffing.
I don't make up excuses I work for result.
