Back in the gym today. With my competition tan and all!? I said I was going to take a couple weeks off but honestly the gym is a part of my everyday routine. It always makes me feel amazing and releases any stress. Absolutely killed shoulders today. So happy to be back in the gym. Finally not prepping for a show but just back in the gym lifting heavy and having fun!? #GymLife
