Last day of lifting weights until I step on stage Friday for the Sacramento Pro Show. Super depleted and hungry at this point in peak week.?? Getting in my gallon and a half of water everyday!? Hanging on for dear life as I go into my 9th show this year it's been non stop for 3-1/2 years competing. This will be my 29th show as an IFBB athlete.
