This is what Yin calls the "Fast Set"
10 handstand push-ups
10 dips
10 pull-ups
1 rope
10 wide arm ring dips
10 ring pull-ups (try not to swing at all)
The key thing with this set is to make sure you run to the next station and finish as fast as you can... I'll be posting strength sand stretching stuff more frequently from now on
